French fries, hash browns, chicken nuggets, sausage, Diet Coke, coffee & iced tea do not contain HFCS or sucrose, provided you don't add sugar, ketchup or dipping sauces to any of these foods.
All items at McDonalds are on their nutrition menu. Some McDonalds locations have this nutrition menu on the wall. Most items have the nutrition information on the wrapper, as well. There are also smaller nutrition menus available in store that you can hold onto.

If you mean hamburgers or fries, no. However, McDonalds in the US does sell items that contain pork. That sausage biscuit or bacon egg and cheese biscuit on the breakfast menu is pork- that is where bacon and sausage come from.

The cheapest thing to buy at McDonalds, will vary depending on the prices at the time of the visit. McDonalds does offer their customers a Dollar Menu in which everything listed costs one dollar. Menu items can change but some items included are the McDouble, McChicken and side salads.
McDonald's has a sugar free vanilla iced coffee on the menu but that is all. If you want to petition or contact the company they may be able to tell you if they have any more sugar free items planned in the future for their menu.
