Ingredients:
-beef chunk
-green onion
-cilantro
-onion
-soy bean
-ginger
-salt
-pork meatballs
-pho noodles
Boil some water. Add beef chunk into boiling water. After 25 mins take out the beef chunk, and cut into thin 1 inch long square slices, put back into boiling water after cutting the slices. In a bowl soak pho noodles in warm water. Add frozen meatballs into boiling water. Cut a onion in half and slices of ginger and add into the boiling water as well. Add a bit of salt. Finely chop green onion and cilantro, Wash soybean and put into a different bowl. Boil water for pho noodles, add pho noodles in the boiling water until noddle is soft, drain remainder of the water left, put in bowl. wait another 20 mins and serve the beef soup with noodles. Add seasoning: fish sauce, soy sauce, red roaster, garlic, beef paste, and lime.
