Who would win a scorpion or a snake?

Assuming the scorpion and snake are of average size for their type. I would say the snake is going to win. I say this because a scorpions venom couldn't kill the snake. If it hit the snake right between the eyes, then maybe. But the likelyhood of that happening is slim to none. The snake would win, because even if it wasnt venomous, all it would take is one very good bite to break the scorpions exoskeleton.

I belive the scorpion would win. There are just too many wepons for the scorpion. The ability to hold its pray while it attacks is a big one.
