Should a 12 year old breed bearded dragons?

No. The only way I would say this was okay would be if an adult, who is aware of all the requirements involved in this, was mainly in charge. There are so many problems that can occur that it shouldn't be entirely left to a 12 year old. Really, nobody should do it unless they truly know what they are doing and are capable and ready to handle all of it.

Do bearded dragons eat their young. or would a 8 month old eat a 3 month old?

It depends. Some bearded dragons will avoid cannibalism with scent, while others will just eat anything that moves. If I were you, I wouldn't take the risk at all, and just put them in separate tanks.

Do beared dragons bite?

Yes, bearded dragons can bite if they feel threatened or stressed. However, bites are usually not severe and are more of a defense mechanism rather than an act of aggression. With proper handling and care, bearded dragons can become docile and less likely to bite.
