The main difference between a home lizard and a garden lizard is their preferred habitat. Home lizards, like geckos, tend to live indoors and are commonly found in households, while garden lizards, such as anoles or skinks, are usually outdoor species that reside in gardens and other natural habitats. Additionally, their physical features and behaviors may vary based on their environment and species.
