For proper care with no corners cut (as care should be), expect to pay a solid $450.00. With an extra $50 -$80 each year for a new UVB Mercury vapor light bulb (annually regardless of if the bulb went out or not). Not to mention food and water and filter changes for the next 30 years of your life. Turtles, or any pet for that matter, are huge responsibilities.
