Bearded dragons are desert dwellers. As you know, there is not much water in the desert areas. Because of this, beardies "reuse" the water they can get by not exactly "peeing". When they pee, it is not liquid. There pee is a semisolid, chalky substance. They dehydrate their urine, and use the water to hydrate their bodies.
You can't really train a reptile pet. You could try placing them in a spot to make their "business" and feed them a good snack for doing it at that specific place. Eventually, it should realize that if it goes there, it will get a snack, so if you were to do that, keep giving it a good snack every time it goes there on its own. But I'm not really sure, because i have a potty trained dog, and I've had 2 pet parakeets even longer than the dog, and they still don't know not to poop in their food or water, so, this is just a probability that it would work.
