Young bearded dragons should be offered mainly crickets and fresh greens. As they get a little older, you can offer them locusts, cockroaches, mealworms, waxworms, silkworms, butterworms, phoenix worms(the healthiest), red worms, and earthworms. All of these should be more of a treat though, while the crickets and greens should be the staple part of the diet.
Also all insects can usually be purchased by the size (mini mealworms, small crickets), and you should never feed your beardie anything that is bigger than its mouth.
Some vegetable that are okay to offer are butternut squash, yellow squash, green beans, parsnips, sweet potato, snow peas, carrots(only as treat), and some fruits are okayas long as you avoid any with citrus.
Also, you should be offering the beardie a variety of all or most of these things.
