Well, I am not sure what you mean by 'cloning' but females can repoduce with out sperm or a male dragon, called Parthenogenesis. which is similar to cloning except that the "clone" would be a male version of the mother. they are incapable of creating exact clones so if they do reproduce this way all of the resulting offspring would be male.
