Yes, they can. A python is capable of taking anything around its size, even when it is a leopard. A big African python of 180 pounds is certainly powerful enough to take an alpha male chimp of 170 pounds. If you don't take out the head large constrictors are a nightmare to deal with. You can be defending from five feet of it, but there is another 15 feet that can be worming its way around you. Once the python is coiled around you your screwed. Chimpanzees are stronger than humans, but they would probably stand about as much chance as we would one on one. When accompanied by their troop they should be safe.
Garter snakes are not large enough to eat a lemur. Unless it was a baby lemur.
the ringed-tail lemur's diet consists of fruit, leaves, flowers, insects, tree gum, sap and bark.

A python will eat anything. However hummingbirds are very very very very fast. A python has no hope in catching one. So No a python doesnt eat a hummingbird.
Yes indeed a python can be big enough to eat a man and it has happened.

Most species of Lemur are a herbivore and eat flowers and other plants.

A boa can eat a ball python... It's happened before. I'm not sure if pythons could eat boas though. I don't think pythons are cannibalistic.
Birds and feral animals eat the Lemur leaf frog, so yeah, hope that helps you out.
