his Dady "A rich man from Arithmathea, named Joseph" a disciple of Jesus, got permission to entomb Jesus in a tomb belonging to Joseph, and closed it with a large stone.
The priests and pharisees asked Pilate to put a guard on the tomb, he obliged and ordered that the tomb be sealed to prevent the disciples of Jesus from stealing the body and falsely claiming Jesus had risen from the dead.
Nevertheless, just one crucified body has been found by archaeologists, demonstrating that on rare occasions, whether through patronage, mercy, bribery or indifference, a crucified person could receive an honourable burial in the family tomb in the early- or mid-first-century Jewish homeland. One heel still held a nail, showing that the family or patrons were careful not to do further damage to the man's bones. Apart from this apparent care taken in bringing the body down, there is no further evidence of how it was done. Given the many thousands whom the Romans crucified, the rarity of this find suggests that it was extremely rare for the crucified bodies to be taken down and buried.
According to The Bible, Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus removed Jesus' body from the cross and prepared it for burial.
In the King James version In Matthew 4 # Satan came to Jesus when he was fasting and tempted him to turn stones to bread. # Satan took Jesus to the top of the temple in Jereusalem and tempted him to jump off, saying that angels would protect him. # Next Satan offered Jesus all the kingdoms of the world if he would worship Satan.
when Jesus was arrested peter tried to protect Jesus and peter then sliced off the mans head who was attacking Jesus. Jesus got angry from that told him off and healed the man who was trying to attack Jesus.
Peter was the disciple who cut off the ear of the Roman soldier when taking Jesus to Pilate. Jesus then miraculously healed the soldier's ear.
Peter cut off the ear of the high priest's servant during Jesus's arrest in the Garden of Gethsemane, as mentioned in the Gospel of John 18:10.
it wasnt a disciple, it was SalomeThe Gospel According to John Says:The only disciple that we know was present at the Crucifixion was the beloved disciple, traditionally thought to be John. He was standing with Mary, the mother of Jesus, her sister, and Mary Magdalene. When Jesus saw Mary, His mother, standing with John, he said, "Woman, behold thy son!" Then he said to John, "Behold thy mother!" From that time John took Mary into his home (John 19:26-27).

(Matthew 27:59-60) And Joseph took the body, wrapped it up in clean fine linen, and laid it in his new memorial tomb, which he had quarried in the rock-mass. And, after rolling a big stone to the door of the memorial tomb, he left.
St. Simon helped carry the Cross, when Christ was Falling under its weight. One of the women who wept for Christ, took off her veil, and wiped His Face.
The cross is a painful, and humiliating form of death. With a person's arms stretched out, it cuts of the ability to breathe easily. The person can push up with their feet to relieve the constriction a bit, only to tire and have to go back to hanging from their arms. They posted "King Of The Jews" above His head as a way to mock Him, and allow others to scorn Him. He was crucified on a Friday, and the Jews had strict rules they followed about the Sabbath. The Sabbath for them began Friday night and went through the day on Saturday. They did not want to have to deal with Jesus on the Sabbath. After Jesus gave up his life, the soldiers ran a spear into His side to make sure that He was dead, and then took Him off the cross. As there was not much time for preparations, a kind gentleman allowed the apostles to use his tomb to store Jesus' body until they could prepare His body properly. To make sure no one tampered with Jesus' body, guards were placed to protect the tomb. On the third day, Jesus was resurrected.
The Gospels tell us that Joseph of Arimethea was granted permission to take the body of Jesus off the cross and he laid him in a tomb that he owned. Mary, the mother of Jesus and Mary Magdeline also saw Jesus when He was first laid in the tomb. They did not complete the task of preparing the body due to fact that the Sabbath had begun. They had to waite until early Sunday morning but by then Christ had already risen.
The soldiers of the governor, (Matthew27.27 to 35).
While Jesus was on his way to the hill called Golgotha to be hung on a cross, Simon of Cyrene was grabbed by Roman soldiers to carry Jesus's cross for him, as Jesus was too weak from all the beatings to do so himself. By the time Jesus was hanging on the cross he was watched by a number of Roman soldiers who threw lots for his clothes. With him were two other criminals who were condemned also. There was also an abundance of religious leaders there to spite Jesus, telling him again and again that if really was the Christ he would take himself down off the cross. At a distance a group of women stood watching, these included: Mary Magdalene, Mary mother of James, and Salome. There were other women besides these, but they remain unknown. Though it is unclear, it is possible that Joseph of Arimathea was present because after Jesus's actual death the Bible states that he approached Pilate to retreive his body from the cross.
No. Jesus was without sin. He is the Son of God. If Jesus sinned, then his death on the cross would have meant nothing because he would have been just like us.
Nobody took him off the cross. He was put up on day, and the next, he way gone. It's all shrouded in mystery. The world may never know.
Jesus' clothing was removed by the soldiers before his crucifixion. They drew lots to see who would get to keep his clothes. Jesus was clothed until he was nailed to the cross.
First Peter walked without fear on the water, but when he looked at the waves instead of Jesus ,he started to sink.
I don't know where you got the idea that Jesus saves his life on the cross. Jesus dead body was taken off the cross, wrapped and treated with special scents. He was then taken to a burial cave and a large rock was rolled in front of it. Then three days later an angel came and rolled the large rock away. Jesus rose from the dead. Then Mary Magdelene came along to visit his grave. The Angel was still there. The Angel told Mary that Jesus had risen. Jesus revealed himself to 500 people before he ascended to Heaven. This is not something Christians disagree over. Read Matthew Chapters 27-28.
