If you consider God as a SPIRIT, spirit is formless, invisible and has no human-like functions. If you considered God as an Earth-living being, then this God has all the functions of a human or animal being. If you hear God is to talking to you, you may be in psychological trouble. On the other hand if you talk to God is considered to be a normal behaviour and even admirable. Go Figure!!! Dr. Vajay. 2. If God so desires he can speak to man, but because we could not withstand His glory we would have to be changed physically so that we could converse with Him. Usually God will speak through his prophets or by that still small voice which is the Holy Spirit. If God spoke to us directly then there would be no need for us to have faith that He exists.
In religious texts, particularly in the Christian tradition, there are instances where God speaks directly to women. For example, in The Bible, God spoke to Mary, the mother of Jesus, through an angel to announce the birth of Jesus. God also spoke to Hagar, the Egyptian handmaid of Sarah, in the Old Testament.
The last person in the New Testament who heard God speak was likely the apostle John, who received the visions recorded in the Book of Revelation on the island of Patmos.
In the biblical story, it is said that God created Eve from one of Adam's ribs, not in his right ribs specifically. This story is symbolic rather than literal, representing the idea that woman is created as equal and complementary to man.
In the Bible, God spoke to Noah directly, not through a dream. God communicated His instructions for building the ark and saving Noah's family from the impending flood by speaking to Noah directly.
Oh, my friend, that's a lovely question. In the Bible, it says that God created the woman, Eve, after creating the man, Adam. Each creation is special and important in its own way, just like every brushstroke in a painting adds beauty and depth to the whole picture.
There is no specific account in the Bible of the first woman to ask God for help, as many women throughout the Bible sought God's help in various situations. Some examples include Sarah, Hannah, and Mary.
Sometimes God would talk to him directly. Noah talked to Him like we do/can.
As far as can be understood from the text of the book of Job, yes, He did.
God does speak to women. It's just not as widely heard of as the men. God speaks to whoever he wants to. ~*Answered by a Mormon*~
God only speaks to his messengers. God All Mighty does not speak directly to people, but he shows his servants signs, either through certain events or even in dreams. It is up to the person on whether he/she believes in those signs.
The Bible doesn't make that statement. In fact, men areto speak for God, but are to do so properly and responsibly.1 Corinthians 1:21 - For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.1 Peter 4:11 - If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. (KJV)
Israelites believe that God hears our prayers and no intermediary is needed.

There is no mention in the Bible of the Prophet Isaiah ever disobeying God. The book of Isaiah is one of two books in the Bible that speaks directly of the wrath of the Lord.
When God Was a Woman was created in 1976.
