you have a choice to make, and the consequence of each of the action you will have to choose are bad to someone . And you have to use your moral to decide what will be the best solution.
Ex : there is a train out of control ( the brakes are damage you can't stop it ). You are the railroad controller, you have to choose to send the train either on track 1 or 2. But the thing is , they are 10 kids attach to the track 1, and on track 2 there is a brilliant Doctor Who discover the cure for cancer ( but his house burn yesterday and so everything his has written is gone, but he can still rewrite the formula to cure cancer). he ,like the kids , is attach to track 2. So you will have to chose does the life of the Dr has more value than those of the kids, or are every life equal .
This is a moral dilemma cause whatever you choose is going to be bad for someone and you have to go with your moral to choose.
