there is no logic for being not 4 not 5 etc. so trinity is wrong but one is not contested!
The concept of the Holy Trinity came to the fore during the third century, with no actual biblical support*. Late in the century, Arius started a movement known as Arianism, opposed to belief in the Trinity. Arianism was opposed at the Council of Nicaea, but support continued strongly and it subsequently received support from several of the Christian emperors and came close to succeeding over 'Trinitarianism'. Had it done so, it would be Trinitarianism that would now be regarded as a heresy, not the opposite. At the end of the fourth century, Emperor Theodosius came down on the side of Trinitarianism and declared it illegal not to believe in the Trinity. Thus, the success of the teaching of the Holy Trinity came from a political decision, and it would be rational to believe that Theodosius was wrong or ill-advised. Footnote A passage known as the 'Johannine Comma' (1 John 5:7) does refer indirectly to the concept of the Trinity, but was never in the early Greek manuscripts, only appearing in the Latin translation of the fifth century, after the Trinity doctrine had been accepted by the Council of Nicaea.
The yare expected to obey that teachnigs of the Church because Christ (God) gave them these teachings (The Church is an instrument which God uses to bring people to Himself) and so if you don't obey the Church's teachings, you don't obey God's teachings and if you don't obey God's teachings, you aren't as pleasing to God as if you did obey His teachings (Especially if this is regarding to the teachings of what is right and what is wrong)
They thought the teachings were wrong and was to much like the roman church.
The superego is made up of society's teachings and rules about right and wrong.
He apologized and said he was wrong apex
We believe that because what He says is more important then what His culture is. He taught us what was right, what was wrong. Without His teachings we may not know how much we do know.
The trinity doctrine is: There is one God, the Father. From the Father comes his Word, his Son. And from the Father through his Word comes his breath, the Holy Spirit. This is one God not three. They are distinct not separate. No, it was not created by Rome. It was officially formulated at the council of Nicaea, an ancient city in Bithynia, an ancient country in northwestern Asia Minor in what is now Turkey. The doctrine comes directly from the Bible, and is supported by the teachings of the early Church fathers. to my understanding aset isis and heru were the original trinity which was found 6500 bc , and to my understanding they believe in one god , the Egyptian were the first monothesism culture correct me if i am wrong , so how they saying three when the bible says it in genisis gods
I believe they are not "Catholic social teachings." They go back thousands of years and originate in the teachings of the ancient gods and other ancient religions. The Christian story has been repeated many time even before Jesus came along, so to claim that social teachings eminate from the Catholics is completely wrong, rather the Catholics adopted pre-existing teachings.
Depends. WRONG IF: * One of them is already in a relationship. * There is a huge age gap between them. * There love gets between their studies and teachings.
God blessed people with ways of communication and mind-reading isn't one of them. Crystal Schirner
I think St. Thomas Aquinas (correct me if I'm wrong)
