Some Christians believe that the body is a temple of God and must be treated as such. Therefore the body should not be used for such purposes but to be left whole to come forth in the resurrection intact.
For those who believe that the soul resides in the heart it would mean that it will also be transplanted along with the heart. A transplant would be an abomination against the will of God just as abortion and homosexuality.
There may be some that do, but most of the Christians I've known do not disagree with transplant surgery. Christians do have personal opinions on things not specifically talked about in The Bible.

The Church of Christ Scientist, contrary to popular belief, does not oppose organ donation/transplant. While Christian Scientists normally rely on spiritual rather than medical means of healing, members are free to choose whatever form of medical treatment they desire, including a transplant.
According to the Watch Tower Society, Jehovah's Witnesses are not opposed to organ donation/transplantation, provided that all blood is removed from the organ or tissues before being transplanted.
