Because He couldn't allow that, He mixed up their languages so they could no longer understand each other and, therefore, no longer work together.
He didn't. Nations were formed by humans.

There is no mentioning of the concept of race in the Bible. According to the Bible all man have the same origin (Adam and Eve). Genesis 5 The bible does refer to different nations and their chronicles however in the book of...1 Chronicles chapter 1. also in Genesis 10. again God didn't make different races in the bible.

There are numerous tribes/countries in Africa having different languages. Each would call God by a different name. Since a majority of Africans are Muslims, these would, regardless of their specific language, refer to God as Allah.
why not? independetly of the "church" , Christ died for all tribes, tongues, nations, peoples.; just be careful to what kinds of "doctrines" you get involved. If it is not biblical or its in the word of God, let it be cursed--------reject it.
