Alot of churches have their own laws. No where in The Bible does it state that we cannot go out to watch a movie at a theatre. The only thing that I do believe that God would want one to do is to be sure that it is a movie without cussing, crude, and obscene behavior in it. Not all Pentecostal churches believe this way. Some have really taken things overboard. Some also believe that you cannot wear anything but long sleeve shirts, no computer, tv, radio, etc. It has all been taken overboard. I believe that we have to work out our own salvation and that man should listen to whatever God tells him to do.
