From a standard Christian point of view, the question is a non sequitur since God has always existed. There is no such thing as "before God." This, of course, is virtually impossible for the human mind to wrap itself around. Some Christian sects, such as the Mormons, believe that God is simply one of a family of "gods," some of whom may have come before Him. That idea, in turn, begs the question, "who was there before the first 'god'?"
God was not born, God has always been. Before the universe was, and before time itself was, God is.
