because he's Jesus obviously. what would he be without his beard?
jesus
Yes, according to the prophecy of his ministry and suffering in Isaiah Ch. 50. Here, in v. 6, Jesus yielded to those who scourged him and to them who plucked off the hair from the cheeks. The Mosaic Law prohibited the cutting off of the sideburns and the 'extremity of the beard' (Leviticus 19:27+21:5) and Jesus, who carefully followed and fulfilled this law, would have kept it faithfully(Galatians 4:4 / Matthew 5:17)
The Bible contains no such reference. The reference is in the Old Testament I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting. Isaiah 50:6
Jesus doesn't necessarily have a beard because we don't know for sure if He ever had one. If He did, it was probably just a choice or for warmth.
no he did not
I sure hope not. Nobody knows what Jesus looked like now, but we picture him with longish brown hair and a beard.
well, how u can tell its jesus lizard is it has to have a beard.....yup
No one really knows but he is described with long hair and a beard.
The past participle of "pluck" is "plucked."
im guessing His parents were from nazareth or something and so Jesus probably had dark(black or brown ) hair and dark eyes. He might have had a beard too.
short string plucked hard
