The book of Revelation is a "parable" told by Jesus Christ. It's "The Revelation of Jesus Christ..." (Rev.1:1), not, "John." It's symbols are intended to hide its meaning from the general populace... to which Jesus explained clearly to His disciples in "private" after the multitudes were sent away.
Most professing Christian denominations teach that Jesus' parables were designed to make the meaning of what He was saying "clearer" to the people. But The Bible says that the opposite is true:
"Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear and not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and not perceive: for this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them." (Matt.13:13-15)
"All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake He not unto them... then JESUS SENT THE MULTITUDE AWAY, and went into the [His] house: and His disciples came unto Him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field." (verses 34-36)
So, in private... when no crowds of people were around... Jesus explained His parables to His disciples.
Therefore... if Jesus' servants, today, wish to know what the parable symbols of Revelation mean... they have to go in God's Word, the Bible, to where Jesus speaks to His disciples IN PRIVATE of the "SAME" end time events to which Revelation speaks. Because there is only "one" end time.
And that place is what many call the "Olivet Prophecy" in Matthew 24, Luke 21 and Mark 13... in which Jesus explains in plain chronology the events for which to look that lead up to His return to earth with the Kingdom of God.
So, the chronology of the first six seals of Revelation 6 follow the chronology of Jesus' teaching of their meanings in private to His disciples in Matthew 24.
"And as He sat upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came unto Him PRIVATELY, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of your coming, and of the end of the world [age]?" (Matt.24:3)
The "white horse" in question is the "first seal" of Revelation 6 that Jesus strips away from the scroll. Therefore... the meaning of the "white horse of the Apocalypse" is "whatever Jesus' very first answer to His disciples is:
"And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in My name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many." (Matt.24:4-5).
So, that's what the "white horseman" is. Jesus' very first warning to His people is "BEWARE OF FALSE CHRISTIANITY!" It's very, very convincing... and deceiving -- an APOSTASY.
"And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works." (II Cor.11:14-15)
Some try to teach that the white horse is "conquest," because it says: "...he went forth conquering, and to conquer..." (Rev.6:2). That's all fine... except that they don't say "who is doing the conquering."
Others say it represents "Jesus Christ," because the rider has a "crown on his head"... and holds a "bow."
But the "True" description of Christ is found in Revelation 19:
"...I saw heaven opened, and behold, a WHITE HORSE; and He that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He doth judge and make war. (Rev.19:11) [so far, so good -- He's on a "white horse"].
"His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were MANY CROWNS..." (verse 12). [oops! The True Jesus has "many" crowns -- not "one"] The white horseman of the Apocalypse is a "false Christ" -- close... but a "deception."
"And out of His mouth goeth a SHARP SWORD, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron..." (verse 15). [oops, again! The True Jesus wields a "Sword"... not a "bow." His weapon of choice is the WORD OF GOD]
"...For the Word of God is quick [ALIVE], and powerful, and sharper than any TWOEDGED SWORD, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." (Heb.4:12)
"...He had in His right hand seven stars: and out of His mouth went a Sharp twoedged Sword..." (Rev.1:16).
Once again, the "white horseman" fails the acid test... and the offerings of men's ideas as to who the "white horseman" is.
The "conquering" that this "false Christ" and all the confused and bickering false religions of the world have done is to have drawn the nations of the world into war after war throughout history in their attempts to squash the competition of other religions and make the whole world "believe their way."
Most of the wars [the second "red horse"] throughout history have been, directly or indirectly, the result of RELIGIOUS DIFFERENCES!
The "four horsemen of the Apocalypes" [false religion, war, famines, diseases and death] are a repeated, continuing and overlapping chain of events that have plagued the nations and man throughout his generations. Man's hateful false religious beliefs start wars, and wars bring famine, diseases and death.
The book of Revelation is "Jesus' Revelation." And only He can interpret the symbols of His parable. And He tells us, "privately," that the white horseman is "False Christianity."
"Take heed that it doesn't deceive you... because, it has... and shall continue to deceive many" [Matt.24:5].
False religions and the other three horsemen are even now drawing the entire world into the next "end time sign" -- the "Great Tribulation" [seal 5 of Revelation 6 -- Matthew 24:9-28].
After that -- Seal Six occurs [the darkening of the earth: Rev.6:12-17 -- Matthew 24:29]. The last sign that signals Jesus' imminent return.
Then, the Seventh and last Seal, happens: the "Day of the Lord"... when Jesus returns in wrath with His army of angels [Revelation, chapters 7 through 22 -- Matt.24:30- chapter 25].

The White Horseman was created on 1921-05-30.
The horseman representing war rode a red horse.
The horseman that rides a red horse in the Book of Revelation is the second horseman, representing war. He is often referred to as War or the rider with the fiery red horse.
If you mean the one with Nicholas Cage then no those are the black horseman or something (the keepers of the underworld and causes for the Apocalypse)
The plot of the 2009 film, "Horsemen", follows detective Aiden Breslin who comes across a killing that connects him and the suspects to the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
The four horseman are Death, War, Pestilance, and Famine.
