Abraham had only one son from his wife Sarah, who was named Isaac. Ishmael was not Sarah's son, he was Hagar's son. Abraham also had six other children from his second wife Keturah, but no others from Sarah.

Abraham and Sarah had only one child: Isaac. Because of Sarah's lack of trust in God's promise of a son, she had Abraham sleep with her handmaiden Hagar, and out of that union came Ishmael, Abraham's only other child.

Only one child is named, and that is their son Isaac (Genesis ch.17, ch.21, and ch.25). Abraham's other children were not born from Sarah (Genesis ch.25).See also:

Abraham had eight children, not twelve. They are: Isaac, Ishmael, and the six sons whom he had with Keturah (see Genesis ch.25).
