The book of Exodus is where most of the story is.

It depends on what you consider to be his "story".
Moses' birth, upbringing, exile to Midian, encounter at the Burning Bush, return to Egypt,
meetings with Pharaoh, and role during the Exodus are all narrated in the first half of
the book of Exodus.
Then, Moses is the ever-present leader and teacher throughout the rest of the Torah,
continuing through the rest of Exodus, then through Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy.
The final verses of the Torah tell of the death of Moses, at the end of Deuteronomy.
Moses is mentioned nearly 800 times in the New King James Version:

Noah. The Story of Noah and the Flood are found in the book of Gensis where Story of Moses and the Israelites is found in the book of Exodus.
