Where to go to escape New World Order?

Bible prophecy speaks of an end time "government system" that it calls the "Beast" [Rev.13]... which is in keeping with Daniel's "fourth Beast" [Dan.7] that shall be extant at the time of Jesus' return with the Kingdom of God.

This fourth Beast was ruling the known world at the time of Jesus' birth... and was the "world order" that crucified Him.

Although Rome appeared in world history to have "fallen"... this system has been at the root of today's governments [with even America's government calling one of its branches the "Senate"]. Today's governments, along with the global economy, are all in flux... and in a potential state of collapse. Trying to conceive of the global distress and panic resulting from such an eventuality [especially, with many nations armed or seeking armament with nuclear weaponry] leaves us with an unimaginable scenario. One with "life-ending, planet-ending" potential.

It's the very scenario that Jesus tells us shall come to pass just before He reveals Himself as the world's returning King.

"...for then shall be Great Tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be [again]. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved..." (Matt.24:21-22).

The present global condition is frightfully conducive to leading to the Great Tribulation of which Jesus speaks... and the resurrection of that prophesied ancient world-ruling fourth Beast, last known as the "Holy Roman Empire."

World leaders are even now, actively thinking, planning and working toward that end -- a New World Order. A central government system that they see as their potential "savior" from the global collapse that they all know is coming.

The notion of "escaping" the New Order has mixed reviews in The Bible.

According to the Bible... this New Order shall get its authority and power from Satan the Devil who owns the governments of the world [see Luke.4:5-6]:

"...and the Dragon [Satan] gave him [the Beast] his power, and his seat, and great authority." (Rev.13:2)

And it shall be given the power to: "...deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had the power to do in the sight of the Beast..." (Rev.13:14).

So, if you live on earth... the odds are good that you won't "escape" the New World Order.

However... the Bible also speaks of "some" who shall "escape" the wrath of the Dragon. All it says about it is that "the earth shall protect" these people. It doesn't say "where"... only mentioning it as "wilderness."

"And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times and half a time [3 1/2 years], from the face of the Serpent [Satan - Rev.12:9]." (Rev.12:14)

"Wilderness": "eremos" of uncertain affinity; lonesome, i.e. (by implication) waste (usually as a noun, GSN5561 being implied): KJV--desert, desolate, solitary, wilderness." (Strong's Definitions)

God doesn't say "where" this "place" is or shall be. Only, that wherever it is... the earth shall help these people survive the coming onslaught of the Dragon.

"...the Serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. And THE EARTH HELPED THE WOMAN, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the Dragon cast out of his mouth." (verses 15-16)

So, God's "elect" [some of them] are to be "protected" from the Beast's New World Order... when the time comes. Wherever it shall be doesn't matter. God will see to them at that time -- whoever they shall be.

Just bear in mind, that there shall also be "some" of God's people who shall be hunted down and killed by this New Order:

"...How long, O Lord, Holy and True, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that SHOULD BE KILLED AS THEY WERE, should be fulfilled." (Rev.6:10-11)

The Bible reveals that the coming "Great Tribulation" is a time of persecution by the world of God's elect.

"And the Dragon was wroth with the woman [protected by God and the earth in the wilderness], and went to make war with the remnant of her seed [those that SHOULD BE KILLED], which keep the Commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ." (Rev.12:17)

Being one of God's elect doesn't mean that "no thing or no one" can hurt you. Remember what happened to Jesus Christ in the world. God allowed Him to be brutally murdered by the world order of His day. He was God's Servant, and had to be killed -- and it was fullfilled.

And any who choose to follow in Christ's footsteps must bear whatever burden the Lord lays upon them: "...if so be that we suffer with Him, that we may be also Glorified together." (Rom.8:17)

The "escape" God's elect seek is the "second death"... not the first one that's appointed to us all [Heb.9:27].

"He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the Second Death." (Rev.2:11)

Jesus saves us from the "second death"... not the first one.

"...This is the First Resurrection [at the time of the gathering of Jesus' saints to immortality upon His return]. Blessed and Holy is he that hath part in the First Resurrection: on such the Second Death hath no power, but they shall be Priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years." (Rev.20:5-6)

The governments of this world all serve the Dragon, the god of this world. And God's elect have always been subject to whatever "order" rules.

"Escaping" the rule of man's governments is sometimes adviseable, depending on the system in one's particular locale. But, such "temporary" escape isn't what God is talking about... for all of them shall disappear in the end and God's Kingdom shall stand in their place upon the earth.

God has plans for those servants of His who shall "fly into the wilderness, into their place" when the time comes for it.

But, He also has plans for those whose faith, spiritual growth and strong Godly character development prepare them for their fulfillment through possible martyrdom -- along with a powerful witness and testimony to Jesus Christ and the coming Judgment and Kingdom of God.

"...the Words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand." (Dan.12:9-10)

When the time of Great Tribulation [the New World Order] comes upon the world... those who are to "escape" into the wilderness will do so -- wherever it may be. God will show them where, when the time comes.

Those who are meant not to "escape" will also do so. And those who "should be killed" as so many have done throughout history -- shall be fulfilled when their time comes.

If you are Christ's... you have already "escaped" the Second Death, and have nothing to fear from any world order that may be -- now or in the future.

Anciently... three Jewish boys once found themselves pressured by their "world order" to bow down to an image of its deified king [see Dan.3]. They sought not to try to "escape"... but merely "refused to forsake the Commandments of their God" to not bow down to idols, regardless of what the world order commanded.

"...We ought to obey God rather than men." (Acts 5:29)

They lived in the Refuge of their God. He was their escape... their fortress from all external powers. The Holy Spirit within is one's escape from things without. Even when one finds oneself in the midst of evil.

"He shall cover thee with His feathers, and under His wings shalt thou trust: His Truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

"A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked [in the Judgment]. Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy Habitation..." (Ps.91:4-9).

To escape the New World Order... or any wicked thing -- the only place to go is to Christ.
