There is no mention of Moses' hair 'turning white' in The Bible...(The movie version of the Bible, however, DID show Charlton Heston -as Moses- with white hair as he came down from the mountain). This was done, I'm sure, for effect.

-Exodus 34:29-35 describes Moses' experience on Mt Sinai, when God gave him the tablets with the "Ten Words" inscribed. At that time his 'FACE, not his hair, emitted rays' so bright the Israelites couldn't look at him(2 Corinthians 3:7).

-Moses dealt with those who had leprosy, and THEIR hair sometimes turned white (Leviticus 13:1-3), but not Moses'.

-Daniel describes his vision of God as having clothing as white as snow and 'hair like clean wool'(Daniel 7:9), but again, that's not Moses.
