When you have prayed, you need to be still and relax, and almost forget that you are trying to listen for his answer as then spontaneous thoughts, words, lines come into mind. Once you've prayed you can say 'Lord, is there anything you wish to tell me?' and just wait with you hands open in front of you as if to receive something.
It takes TIME, PATIENCE, and PERSEVERANCE, to hear. but as long as you believe and expect him to answer, he will. he may not answer in the way or when you expect, and if that's the case, thank him anyway, just for listening and then later on or the next day the answer will find you and you will know it's God.
Good Luck!
God doesn't stop the heaven just to hear one prayer. God listens to hear multiple prayers everyday
We hear a call to prayer. In it are also praises to Allah (God). It is in Arabic.
Yes god does hear the prayer of every sinner who truly repents of his sin , like the thief on the cross.
No. ANSWER: God has no reason to answer an unbelievers prayer UNLESS it is a prayer for salvation. After salvation God will answer your prayers. You do not have to be baptized to have your prayers answered. Your prayers are addressed to God in Jesus' name. If you do not belong to God through Jesus Christ God will not hear you.
there is no "best prayer" when you are speaking to God he doesn't care which prayer you are praying, he just wants to hear whats on your mind. say whats on your mind and that is the best prayer you can say.
You can't. Prayer is the common way of communicating with Allah but you cant physically send a letter to God.
only if you think it is Prayer is only a worthwhile activity if there is actually someone there to hear a prayer. If I think prayer is worthwhile, but there is 'no-one at home' then my prayer is just the same as talking to myself and I am essentially wasting my time although it may make me feel better, it will do me no real good. Thankfully, God is a living God who can be known and communicated with and as a God who cannot lie, as humans can and do, He has promised to hear the prayers of His people, and He does. Of course prayer is not worthwhile if it is either 'vain repetition' - a religious formula with no real substance, or if the request is a sin - God has not promised to grant a sinful prayer, to grant something which is not according to his will. In these instances prayer certainly would not be worthwhile.
It gives us the oppertunity to talk directly to God and tell him how we are feeling. Prayer allows us to block everything else out and just focus on God. During prayer, God can also speak to us. For a lot of the time it is difficult to hear Him but if we are patient God will talk to us.
Of course! The Lord hears every prayer whether spouses are fighting or not.
Even if you are a family of two god will be there to hear your prayer.
Hear O Israel the Lord is our God, the Lord is one.The Shema-prayer (Deuteronomy 6:4-9) expresses our belief in One God, our love for him, and our obligation to learn the Torah and keep its commands. It is an affirmation of our part in the covenant with God. It is in the merit of this covenant that Judaism continues to exist.
No a prayer can be as long or as shot as you want it to be God listens to everyone. Just say what you need to and he will hear you it doesnt matter how long you pray just that you do.
