Ater jesus died the romans forrbid Christianity. Until the emporer created theholy Roman Empire and people started to notice the true religion which is christianity. That completely struck the begining of medieval times and the massive conversion of christianity from palestine to Ireland. The only non christian europiens were the pagan vikings and the muslim moors. That is one of the reasons I love medieval times. It got so big that even the vikings converted to christianity. And I doubt the moors would have given up allah if they weren't destroyed first. Now every country has at least 150 christians.
The Middle Ages
The earth is approximately 4.5 billion years old. The Christian Era began about two thousand years ago. Represented on a 24-hour clock, the Christian Era would be the last thirtieth of a second since the earth was formed.
If by "Common Era" you are referring to the era name system, then Christianity coincided with the beginning of the Common Era. In fact, the Common Era is also known as the "Christian Era" or "Current Era". The year 1 CE is the year in which a 6th century monk estimated that Jesus had been born when he created the Common Era calendar.
Christian Era Broadcasting Service was created in 1968.
