On the contrary, not a single weakness is reported. The incident of Achan and the defeat which followed (Joshua ch.7) were the fault of an individual, not of Joshua. Other than that, Joshua fulfilled his role completely.
More information:
Joshua had been Moses' right-hand man since his youth (Numbers 11:28), and his chief disciple; and was constantly found in the tent of Torah where Moses taught (Exodus 33:11), so as not to miss a single word of Moses' teaching. He could be trusted to reach correct decisions (Numbers ch.13-14); and was successful in battle too (Exodus ch.17).
As Moses approached the time when he would have to hand over the helm of leadership, Joshua turned out to be the best choice to carry on, and God named him as Moses' successor (Numbers ch.27).

In Numbers 11:28-29 Joshua may have shown pride for a brief moment(likely the result of ignorance) as he questioned the right of those which rightly prophesied in the camp -- "And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, [one] of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them. And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD'S people were prophets, [and] that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!", though it should be noted that Joshua was yet counted faithful..."Joshua the son of Nun: for they have wholly followed the LORD" - Numbers 32:12. Furthermore, his inability to make Israel continually follow the law to perfection(Joshua 24:19-23, Neh. 8:17-18) in the least shows his weakness as a mortal man, which I would argue is also visible in ch. 7.

King David's sin was due to fleshly weakness. (2 Samuel 11:2-24; 12:1-14) Although David sometimes fell short because of fleshly weakness, as a rule he relied on Jehovah's strength, not on his own.
