From Bethany near Jerusalem comes news that Lazarus, brother of Mary and Martha, is ill. By the time Jesus arrives there, Lazarus is dead and already four days in the tomb. Jesus performs the stupendous miracle of recalling Lazarus to life, causing many to put faith in Jesus.
Master, Sender (God). Servant, Messenger (Jesus)I knew that you always hear me, but I said this for the benefit of the people standing here, that they may believe that you sent me." [John 11:42Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him [John 13:16]
There is a saying which goes "Whats in a name? In saying that we can either say God or Jesus Christ is Lord of this world. If however we look in the Gospel of John we can read. 1 IN the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. I understand this to mean that The Word which was with God in the beginning was Christ and that all things were made be him under the direction of God. It is therefore my opinion that Christ is the God of this world. The Lord of this world is Satan according to John 12:31, 14;30, 16:11. This was confirmed by Matthew and Luke in their narration of the temptation of Jesus by Satan who offered him all the Kingdoms of the world.

To Fulfill All Righteousness Matthew 3:1 Jesus did not try to live outside His calling. He is greater than John. But it was John's role to baptize Him and pave the way, even according to the tradition of the Law. Jesus submitted Himself to this baptism because it was of God, and part of His plan. Even though He is God, He came to earth as a man and followed the will of God the Father to live His calling to be exactly who God called Him to be. Phil 2:5-11 After all, He said John was the Greatest prophet who ever lived (but less then any in the Kingdom of God) Matthew 11:9-11
Believe in Jesus Christ as the payment for your sins: John 1:12 Trust in God's Word for your assurance of salvation: John 3:36, John 5:24 Your salvation is based on what God has done for you, not what you have done, or can do for God: Titus 3:5, Ephesians 2:8-9 The Bible tells us we can know for certain we have salvation: 1 John 5:11-13 "And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life."
knowing about god does not equal a relationship with god, whereas knowing god is to have a relationship with god. evanglist joe h. campbell The Scriptures mentions that the people of Israel knew about God while Moses knew God. This word knowing as it's used in this passage speaks that there was a personal, close, face to face intimate relationship (Dt. 34:10), not different that the one between husband and wife, as to Adam knew Eve (Gen. 4-1 KJ) Many speak about God and can quote chapter and verse, but the eyes of the Lord are looking all throughout the land searching for those who will worship in spirit and in truth in the intimacy of their privacy, not to reach the multitudes but to touch the heart of God, in turn He Will heal the land. Jesus mentions the word 29 times in John, in chapters 5, 8, 10, 11-17, & 19-21.Incidentally, the most well-known verse of the Bible is in John (3:16) -- which is about the love of God -- but Jesus didn't say it.

His relationship with Olivia Newton-John was an 11-year marriage and they are the parents of a daughter.
God did.John 1:38 tells us that 'rabbi' means 'teacher', which Jesus truly was.The word came to mean a title of respect and honor, and was demanded by the religious leaders in Israel (Matthew 23:6-8). Though Jesus never went to the rabbinical schools of his day, his wisdom and knowledge came directly from God, and his personal relationship with him.(John 5:19+30+43)(John 4:34) (John 14:6) Even his enemies acknowledged his amazing teaching abilities(John 7:46; Luke 20:39, 40; Mark 12:32, 34)(John 6:38; John 10:25). God taught him and approved of him (Matthew 3:17) and because of this, Jesus was rightfully called rabbi by his followers (Mark9:5; 11:21)(John 1:38)(John 1:49)(John 3:2)(John 4:31; 9:2; 11:8)(John 6:25)(Luke 6:40 /Matthew 28:19, 20) He taught God's laws from personal experience(John 6:37-40) and with more skill than anyone else(Matthew 11:27) because he loved and understood, not only God, but his audience, better than anyone on earth(Mark 10:21; John 13:1, 34; 15:9,12,13)(John 2:25)(Luke 6:8)(Hebrews 7:26). He then passed on his wisdom to his followers, who could then become 'true teachers' of God's Word based on what they'd learned from Jesus (2 Corinthians 3:5, 6; 1 Timothy 3:1-7.)
The Bible says Jesus is both saviour and God. God - see: Philippians 2:6,7. John 10:30,31 ( in these verses in John the Jews try to stone Jesus because they understand Jesus is saying he is God). Saviour - Luke 2:11, John 4:42, 2 Timothy 1:10. Jesus is God in the form of a man, who died to be saviour of the world.
If you go back to verse 11, this verse is talkiing about the nation of Israel 'His own', the majority of Israel rejected Jesus as the messiah. But in verse 12 some did accept Him and these became children of God. In verse 13, becoming children of God happened by being born of God. This is the new birth, being born again, being born of God's spirit. Compare this with John 3:3-6. There is no 'situation' here, this is a kind of introduction. John is introducing the 'Word' and His purpose in coming to His people.
