Catholic AnswerThe question, as asked, makes no sense, as the Catholic Church is the Mystical Body of Our Blessed Lord, Jesus Christ (see Acts 9:1-5; 1 Cor 12:12-14) and His Bride (see Eph 5:23; John 3:29, Matt 9:15; Apoc {Rev} 19:7, 21:3, 22:17). Obviously, as Our Blessed Lord has guaranteed the Catholic Church until the end of time and send the Holy Spirit to guide it, it is never going to be "replaced by" anything.
