Bartholomew was a disciple and follower of Jesus Christ. A specific job, or what he did before he meet Christ is not mentioned in the Bible.

Jesus was a carpenter. That may sound crazy that the most amazing man on earth was a carpenter but it is true. He is AMAZING!

They had jobs before they started to follow Jesus. But when Jesus came to them and said to follow Him, they left everything behind. Being Jesus' disciple was their job.
Mark's occupation was not given. He was not an apostle either.
Job and Jesus are never mentioned together in the Bible.
Before you agree to meet him, find out what type of "job" it is that he wants to offer you. Maybe he is just playing with you. Maybe it could be that he or someone he knows really wants to offer you some type of employment. Maybe he justs wants to see you. Find out what he wants before you agree to meet him.
The Book of Job, found halfway through the Bible comes before Christ was prophesied and came to earth; it also doesn't deal with the issue of Jesus Christ, so there is no direct reference to Jesus Christ in Job...it is a conversation between God and Job, and Job's friends about the problem of suffering.
