The Church of England (aka the episcopal church) uses a system of Vicars. I am not certain if any others do or not.

There is no equivalent to a Vicar in the Jewish religion.
It isn't used in Judaism.
A vicar typically wears black robes for a funeral service in the Christian religion. These robes are a sign of respect for the deceased and their loved ones.
