There is no difference in Islam between any race, color or creed. The verse of the Qur'an unequivocally explains this when ALLAH SWT says : "Oh people we have created you from a male and female and we made you into tribes and nations so that you may recognize. Verily the most noble among you by ALLAH SWT are those who are Pious/God fearing." therefore we conclude that the progress of an individual in his Islam is not dependent on the persons race rather on his level of Taqwa(Piety).

If you are using the term "Black Muslims" to refer to Africans, then Answer 1 is completely right. There is, however, a tendency of Muslims outside of the Arab world to practice syncretic forms of Islam. That is to say that they will add non-Islamic customs to their practice of Islam. (This is similar to how Mexican Catholics celebrate Dia de los Muertos even though it has no connection to Catholicism as espoused by Rome.)

The biggest difference is that the Nation of Islam teaches that their founder, Master W. Fard Muhammad, is the long-awaited Messiah of the Jews and the Mahdi of the Muslims. Sunnis hold that the Jewish Messiah was Prophet Isa (Jesus) and that the Mahdi has not yet arrived. The second difference is that the Nation of Islam teaches that Whites are an evil race impossible to redeem whereas Sunni Islam holds that all people can become Muslim and go to Paradise.

If by "black muslims" you are referring to the American Nation of Islam, the answer is that no, mainstream Muslims do not consider them true Muslims, primarily for the reason that "true" Muslims believe that Muhommed, the founder of Islam is the last prophet of God, while the Nation of Islam considers Elijah Muhammed a prophet as well. They are outside the mainstream of Islamic sects.
