If you mean 'spiritual' in the sense of 'paranormal', there are several types. These are all definitions of terms used to describe a manifestation or projection of one's self. These figures can be totally solid, or translucent, hazy or 'like seeing something through the blades of a fan'. They can be animated, ie., being able to socialise and achieve within these 'doubles', and they can be 'switched off' and ignore surroundings, with their movements being almost mechanical.
Often, people report a lack of energy and exhaustion, as if they are literally powering two bodies at once.
1) DOPPELGANGER (sometimes spelt Doppelgaenger) is a manifestation or projection of one's self within a close proximity. They usually appear immediately next to the person in question. Many people see them as an omen of death, indeed in many reports this phenomenon occurs near the end of a person's life. They can mimick and copy exactly the movements of the person, though without the same props (eg. they may make the movements of writing, but without holding a pen).
2) VARDOGER. Similar to doppelgangers in some ways but with a much larger range. People have reported walking past the same person twice, and on a much larger scale there was the case of Sister Mary of Jesus who successfully converted the Jamano Indians to Catholocism in the 17th Century, without ever leaving her convent on the other side of the world. Also reports have been made where people have meetings 'out of time', ie., meeting in the same location and having an ordinary meeting only to find that they had visited th location on different days.
3)BI-LOCATION is the term used in general for occurences like this.
Overall, this phenomenon is relatively rare and therefore not actively researched for obvious reasons regarding reliability but if you are interested, the best covered report (with the most witnesses) is the storie of Amelie Saegee; a teacher in Livonia, Latvia in the mid-19th Century.
Levels are for the objective measuring world. There is nothing called spiritual level. it is only a description that is not rigorous.

Every religion has something to say about spiritual beings (which may be called souls, thetans, atmans, and various other things), and various occult and mystical practices such as spiritualism, also claim to have information about spiritual beings. The broadest term I can offer, which includes all the various students of spiritual beings, is mysticism.
