Another comment: Every person on the face of the earth was born spiritually dead.

Being spiritually dead means that you will go to the Lake of Fire after you have face God Almighty at the White Throne Judgment.

In order to NOT go to the Lake of Fire Jesus Christ came to earth to pay the penalty for our sins. He wants you to be reconciled back to God. When a person accepts Jesus as Lord and Savior their sins are forgiven and they will spent an eternity with God.

If you do not accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior you will spend an eternity suffering in the Lake of Fire. (Read Revelation 20:11-15).

That is what is so special about Jesus forgiving sins!

Jesus forgiving sins is special because it demonstrates his divine authority and power as the Son of God. In The Bible, only God is depicted as having the authority to forgive sins, so when Jesus forgave sins, it revealed his identity as the one who could reconcile humanity with God and offer salvation. This act of forgiveness also showed his compassion and love for humanity, offering them the opportunity to be forgiven and restored in their relationship with God.
