What is a facilities manager at a church?

This is a person who takes care of most operations at church. Maintenance on appliances, heating and air conditioning perhaps restrooms/pluming and the daily cleaning of the church. He is responsible for communicating to and with other church leaders the condition of the church and problems that have been reported. He/she, may or may not be paid. He is responsible for organizing church cleanups, inside and out and that there are people assigned to every category of operating a church.
