There is no such thing. A wittness is only a witness, they do not mix religons.
The Old Testament names Yahweh and Elohim are sometimes combined to form Jehovah as a sign of respect, because God's name is too precious to be used lightly. Many Church names and hymns will contain Jehovah in titles or lyrics. This falls in line with not using the LORD's name in vain for many people and congregational members.
This use of Jehovah isn't to be confused with the theology of a Jehovah's Witness.
