Learning to truly 'love' a variety of friends, is valuable in life. Seeking GOOD associates can benefit us as much as seeking BAD associates can destroy us (1 Corinthians 15:33) (Proverbs 13:20), at any age, but especially when we're young.
In The Bible, if someone wants to pursue a romantic 'love' relationship, this is discouraged until a person is old enough to MARRY(1 Corinthians 7:36-38)..."Past the bloom of youth" (that time in life when one's sexual desire is first becoming strong)(1 Corinthians 7:9+32-38)(Luke 2:49)(2 Timothy 3:15)(Galatians 5:19-21)
Romantic "Love" can be the cause of much joy, but if not emotionally and physically prepared, it can lead to terrible sadness. In today's world, what's called 'YOUNG love' often leads to deeper physical and emotional involvement than one is prepared to deal with.
The Bible warns us to be careful what we do with our youth, because it can effect the rest of our life (Ecclesiastes 11:9-10) ". . .Rejoice, young man, in your youth, and let your heart do you good in the days of your young manhood, and walk in the ways of your heart and in the things seen by your eyes. But know that on account of all these the [true] God will bring you into judgment. So remove vexation from your heart, and ward off calamity from your flesh...."
In the Bible, the view of relationships is quite different than in our world today.(Proverbs 5:15-23)(Ecclesiastes 9:9). Spending our youth growing spiritually, and working on our relationship with God, refining our personality and developing good personal qualities that will someday make us better mates, better people, and seeking wise associates, are most important goals for youth.(2 Peter 1:5-8; Galatians 5:22, 23) (Matthew 6:31-34)(Proverbs 13:20)
It don't. But it does say to love your neighbor as yourself

The bible considers it a wonderful thing, as is made clear in the Song of Solomon.
The beautiful LOVE chapter in the Bible was written by St. Paul. You can read it in 1st Corinthians chapter 13, verses 1-13. The greatest gift is LOVE.
If you were trying to say, "Which book of the Bible is the book of love?" then i don't know that, but i know the chapter of love, it's 1 Corinthians 13.

I'm not sure what you mean by "forcing love". Love is not an emotion that can by forced. Force and Love are an oxymoran. If you want Love, you show love, not force. The Bible speaks of love throughout scripture, but I do not know of any scriptures that say loveshould be forced. Even God wants us to love Him with our freewill. He does not force us to love Him.
