Your question is open to furious debate because the possible translations and misunderstandings that could come with the term ghost. "1: the seat of life or intelligence : soul ghost>2: a disembodied soul ; especially : the soul of a dead person believed to be 1: the seat of life or intelligence : soul ghost> 2: a disembodied soul ; especially : the soul of a dead person believed to be an inhabitant of the unseen world or to appear to the living in bodily likeness 3: spirit , demonan inhabitant of the unseen world or to appear to the living in bodily likeness3: spirit , demon" ( provided by www.m-w.com) " the term ghost is vague enough it could lend its meaning to any being of spiritual or supernatural origin thus including angels, demons and even god himself as evident in the description of the holy trinity. " the father, the son , and the holy ghost(spirit in later translations). The bible is very clear that the spirit world is teaming with "life". and these entities have and continue to interact with humans and this world, however if the definition 2 " disembodied soul ; especially : the soul of a dead person " better suites your curiosity I can only think of one account in the bible that could match. Its Saul 1-28c-1v to 25v. Its an account of Saul seeking council from a "witch" in En dor, Saul pleaded with the witch to bring up the soul of Samuel. Some people argue that this was a demon brought up by the witch and impersonating Samuel to deceive Saul. The general ideology of most Christian based beliefs is that once your "soul" leaves your body you are separated from the earthly realm. Again this is the only account of a "human ghost" in the bible I can remember but the bible has a plethora of angelic, demonic, and divine intervention from spiritual beings that in my opinion would be considered ghosts. A most important aspect to religious views in question is your personal interpretation and faith.
