Jesus is basically stating that for those with faith in him and to his father will be saved and more fortunes will be given to them because they have an great faith in him, they don't have poor or little faith but instead leave all their love and worries to him and their faith in him. Oppose to those who have nothing meaning no faith at all, nothing will be given to them and because of their little faith, even that small speck of faith they had will be taken away.
Luke 19:27: "But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me." This verse forms part of the parable of the minas, in which Jesus describes the king as ordering the murder of any person who would not accept him as king.
John P. Meier (A Marginal Jew: Rethinking the Historical Jesus, Volume V, page 353) says that the verse should be read allegorically as a definitive judgement on all who opposed Jesus' reign as Kurios ('Lord').
Arland J. Hultgren (The Parables of Jesus, page 288) says some interpreters read this as divine vengeance against those who had rejected Jesus, that is, the Jews of first-century Palestine, or at least the Jewish leaders. He says that if Jews in general are meant, then a charge of anti-Judaism can be levelled against Luke's Gospel.
Ronald J. Allen (Acts of the Apostles, page says that the parable is a soft allegory in which the situation of the Lukan community is similar to that of the slaves in the parable, with the king representing Jesus. It is not hard to imagine some Christians in the Lukan community reading this as a permission to attack those who opposed their mission. In the 13th century, Humbert de Romanis used this verse to justify killing Muslims for refusing free entry of Christian missionaries into Palestine.
