The name 'jesus' actuallly means 'he who saves' or 'saviour'
In the English language, Jesus is the founder of Christianity and believed to be the son of God by Christians. Jesus is often wrongly used when someone is expressing anger or surprise.
In Christianity, Jesus refers to Jesus of Nazareth, the man who Christians accept to be the Messiah, the son of God, the second person of the Trinity, and the incarnation of God. Jesus is seen as the hope of people who have no hope in life, the role model for all people, and the one who opened up access to salvation.
My understanding of Jesus in The Bible is the Son of the Holy Father. The Bible talks about Jesus being the Son of God, that the Father is in heaven and then also speaks of the Holy Spirit. The Bible states the kingdom of God is within -Luke 17. In Corinthians 3:16, it talks about how God lives in the temple of your heart. So the Bible talks about the Holy Spirit being in each one of us but unfortunately we do not interpret the scripture in the right manner. Over the years, scriptures have got diluted and misinterpreted and the essence of the Truth is lost.
