A 'church' can refer to an entire denomination (i.e. 'the Baptist church', 'the Catholic church' etc..), to a congregation (the actual people who worship together) or to all Christians as a whole. Origins of the Baptist church can be traced back to 17th century England, when people read the Bible in their own language, believed it, and aimed to live their lives by it during the Puritan-Separatist movement in the Church of England. Separate congregations were formed which required you to be a believer if you were to become a member; membership was confirmed through the process of baptism after a person converted and professed his or her faith. People opposed to the church nicknamed them 'Baptists' and the name stuck. Since then, it has given rise to General Baptists and Particular Baptists.

There is no "name or title". These are just everyday people who enjoy going to a pentecostal church. A person who goes to a Baptist church might or might not like being called a Baptist and the same with other denominations. People aren't pentecostals, it's just a name for a style of worship. Within Christianity (Protestantism) there are Baptists, Presbyterians, Methodists, Uniting, AOG, Pentecostals, etc. Jesus isn't going to ask "What church did you go to", A person either belongs to Him or not.
