The Hindus call union with God Moksha. It starts with yoga or union, but that union is only as long as a human being is alive. The ultimate union with God happens when we attain a state of realization, the unification with the Divine at death, it is called Moksha. The Buddhists call Moksha, Nirvana. It is the same but with a few different perspectives. The western world calls it Salvation that comes from enlightenment. It hardly matters whether it is a Hindu belief, the Buddhist or Western belief, the truth is that we all come from God and we have to be liberated and reunited with the Divine. That is our ultimate goal.
Hindus have a language just like Americans do. If people didn't have languages we couldn't communicate easily.

Hindus call their main god as Brahman. However, Brahman is an ideal god and not a practical god. It is beyond the comprehension of practically all Hindus. Thus, it is like the pole star or sun, which indicate the direction to travelers. For practical purposes Hindus consider either Vishnu or Shiva as their main god.

For Hindus god is every where. In every particle there is god, in every living being there is a God. And according to Hinduism Hindu must worship God. So almost everything is sacred to Hindus. Such as trees , sun, moon , earth water etc.
