If you mean his heavenly father, he referred to him as ' my Father.' and 'my God'.
If you mean his earthly step-father, Joseph, then we don't know what he called him.

Since he spoke Hebrew also, he might have called him Adonai and IHeowah, his personal name.
Jesus was condemned by the Jews for blasphemy, more likely his blasphemy included the use of the Holy Name.
The core of his teachings was the sanctification of the Holy Name of God, Iheowah (YHWH), and for sure he used The Name, specially while praying.

Christ is the Son of God the Father, as explained in the New Testament of the Holy Bible. Answer Yes he is. Christ is a title given to him by his Father.
When did Peter except his call to Christ and where is it found?
I can see why you would be confused, as Christ said "Call no man father." However, if this were meant to be taken literally, we would not be able to call our own fathers by the term "father." Priests and the pope are spiritual fathers to the people. I am adding a link that should also help to clear things up.
christ
Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" Church) believe that God is our literal Father in Heaven. They usually call Him God, Father, God the Father, Heavenly Father, or Father in Heaven. They also believe in Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Savior and Redeemer of all men. Like other Christians, they have many names for Jesus Christ, which are found in the Bible. These include Jesus, Christ, Lord, Savior, Redeemer, Son of God, Lamb, Good Shepherd, Jehovah, and Emmanuel. When a member of the Church referrs to "God", they may also be referring to the Godhead or Trinity - the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - rather than a specific member of this group. You can learn more about Mormon's beliefs about God at the "Related Links" below.
