What did Christ call His Father?

If you mean his heavenly father, he referred to him as ' my Father.' and 'my God'.

If you mean his earthly step-father, Joseph, then we don't know what he called him.

Jesus every day language was Armaic, so, most probably he called God Ab or Alahi. Since he spoke Hebrew also, he might have called him Adonai and IHeowah, his personal name.

Jesus was condemned by the Jews for blasphemy, more likely his blasphemy included the use of the Holy Name.

The core of his teachings was the sanctification of the Holy Name of God, Iheowah (YHWH), and for sure he used The Name, specially while praying.

Christ referred to his father as "My Father" Christ did not refer to him as God .... as a matter of fact he starts the Lords prayer with Our Father not God. (Matthew 6)
