He also returned to the Mount of Transfiguration with Elijah to hand over the keys and authority to Peter, James, and John. He was translated and taken into heaven without tasting death. He opposed the Pharaoh who had raised him as a son to free the Hebrews from enslavement by the Egyptians. Moses is one of the very few elite to have looked into the face of God.
Moses led the Jews out of Egypt to escape slavery from the pharaoh. He is also responsible for creating the Ten Commandments and being one of God's chosen leaders.
