In God's eyes, all sins - the breaking of the Ten Commandments - are equally intolerable and worthy of death.
God's definition of sin is: "Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for SIN IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF THE LAW." (I John 3:4)
There are no lesser degrees of sin with God. The Ten Commandments are God's laws that tell us how to love Him, and how to love one another. And He hates it when we don't, because the whole world suffers for even the smallest of our hurtful infractions.
"For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all." (James 2:10)
For The Bible, sin is sin or lawlessness. There is not division of it. Perhaps you are asking about what is commonly called the 'Unpardonable or Unforgiveable Sin' which happens only to those who have become God's Firstfruits and have received His Holy Spirit:
Hebrews 10:26-29New King James Version (NKJV)
The Just Live by Faith26 For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries. 28 Anyone who has rejected Moses' law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?

Catholic AnswerAll mortal sin is the worse sin of all. Mortal sin completely kills the life of God in your soul and if you die in such a state, you go immediately to hell for all eternity. The "worst" mortal sin is kind of asking what the worse death is - no matter how you die, you still end up dead. But the worse mortal sin would be those against the first Commandment:.
1. I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourself a graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them or serve them. For I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing steadfast love to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments.

Despite the terrible betrayal that was involved in Judas Iscariot's act, it was the will of God and Jesus that He would go to the cross for our sins. Just as Jesus did not have to hang on the cross (He could have saved Himself) He did not have befriend Judas, but He did because it would ultimately lead to Him paying the penalty for our sins.
