Baptism--You are baptized into the life of grace, and you are now a Catholic. Your sins (if any) are forgiven, if you are sorry for them. You are free from original sin.
Penance--Your sins are forgiven. You confess your sins to a priest, and he will give you absolution. This means that if you are truly sorry for your sins, they will be forgiven.
Holy Eucharist--You receive the Body and Blood of Christ (He is God) when you eat a piece of unleavened bread, consecrated and made holy by God. He will come into your soul and give you grace.
Confirmation--The Holy Spirit (He is God) will come into your heart, and you are anointed with oil. The Holy Spirit gives you the strength to stand up for the Catholic religion.
Holy Orders--The sacrament by which male persons are ordained priests to administer the sacraments to the Catholic people.
Matrimony--The sacrament by which a man and a woman are united in marriage through the grace of God, IN A CATHOLIC CHURCH. God may give the woman children of her own. (Abortion is NOT permitted in any circumstances. If committed, and NOT confessed in the Sacrament of Penance, you will go to hell.)
Anointing of the Sick--The priest anoints the sick person with oil, symbolizing strength. He or she will be granted bodily health IF it is good for the soul, and IF he or she is unconscious, his or her sins shall be forgiven.
The sacrament of marriage is administered by the bride and groom to each other. The priest and all those gathered are witnesses to that.
Each Sacrament is different, but all should be celebrated with solemn reverence. For each Sacrament you attend or partake in, read up on it in the Catholic Catachesis ahead of time. For example, the Catachesis explains how one can go about making a good confession for the sacrament of Reconciliation.
