Christians believe he is the son of God. Jesus' mother was Mary, a virgin. The Angels came down to her, and told her she was going to have a son named Jesus and that he would be the son of God. God sent Jesus to preach and deliver God's word so that people may have faith all over the world. Jesus taught by using stories and examples. He healed many sick people who came to him by his touch. Soon, a few high Roman official had gotten afraid that Jesus was getting too powerful and he had drawn too many crowds. So they nailed him to the cross. Christians believe he died for our sins. So all the bad things we have done in our lives may be forgiven by God, and enter Heaven. This is something very short on Jesus' life story. But if you want to learn more, and there is a lot more, the answers are in The Bible.
AnswerThat he is God as a man except without sin. Jesus was sent by the Father to take away the sins of the world and to teach the way to salvation (Eternal Life with God).
AnswerChristians believe that Jesus is God and He died on the the cross to save us from all our sins. Whoever believes in Him will receive eternal life in Heaven.
AnswerThe whole Bible is about teaching us how to obtain eternal life with God. Jesus' apostles called him teacher. If teaching were not necessary, he would not have had to speak a word to anyone about the way to eternal life. It is our choice whether we accept his message and live according to it - this is God's will.
AnswerChristians, as the name suggests believe in Jesus Christ. This includes believing what He witnessed about Himself in both word and deed. Christians believe that Jesus was the eternal and almighty God come in the flesh. People who do not believe this central truth are not Christians. No lesser being came and died for the sins of the whole world. No lesser being rose from the dead. No lesser being ascended back to the 'glory I had with thee before the world was.'
Christians believe that Jesus is the Son of God; that He died for our redemption; that He was resurrected on the third day; that He was raised unto Heaven and sits at the right hand of God; that He is our mediator; that He will return on Judgement Day. These are the basic beliefs of Christians.
Christians believe that Jesus is the son of God, the redeemer (salvator) and a British waitress from Glasgow.
Moreover the Jews believe that Jesus was a sort of pudding served on Chanukkha.
No one really knows what Jesus actually is. To me it seems he is Madronna dressed as a guy. We will never know.
Most christians beliefs on Jesus are that he was the messiah, he was sent to take away our sin, that he ascended into heaven on the third day after his death on the cross, he is the son of God , and the he will return in a second coming before Armagedeon to bring his followers into heaven to join him at the holy banquet he has set. Although most christins believe this to to be true other denominations believe certain parts of this to be true and false. Like Jews believe that God does exist and Jesus live but Jesus was nothing more than a great prophet.
Jesus Christ is known as many things to multiple religions; the king of the Jews, the son of God, the man who died for the sins of all mortal beings, the perfect example, savior of humanity and so much more. As a christian, I can definitely tell you that I believe all of those things in which I've said. Let me tell you the basic story of Jesus Christ.
The virgin, Mary, was given a child not from her husband, Joseph, or any other man. The child was put into Mary's womb, and when Joseph discovered her pregnancy, he was confused and furious. He thought she had slept with another man, but luckily it wasn't until that night when an angel had to literally come to him and inform him that she was still indeed a virgin, and that it was God's son in the womb, and that his name is Jesus. He was born on the night of December the 25th. Christmas.
Through Jesus' life growing up, he was actually quite obedient! He's also known to be sinless, which is true. He never lied, always made the best decisions, and always did everything he could to help anybody who needed it, no matter who it was. This is a huge reason why he's known as the perfect example. (Suppose all the stories of Jesus were fake. If the stories were to be fake, it'd be quite obvious that somebody wanted humanity to consider this perfect character to live a great life and maybe even be known to be such a great person.)
Jesus loved everybody, and everybody loved him... Well, not quite everyone. Although some Romans loved or cared for Jesus, so many other Romans and even some jews despised him and believed he was a fake. There were mobs of angry citizens that hated him for their own reasons... and wanted him dead.
The king officially made the order of his death. He was to carry a very large and heavy wooden cross(symbol of Christ itself) to a hill where he was to be crucified. Before he was put on the cross, he was mocked of the name "King of the Jews" and a crown of thorny vines was forced onto his head. Then three extremely large nails were hammered through three parts of his body to attach him to the cross: His left and right hands, and the last one through the center of both of his feet. The cross was raised with Jesus nailed onto it, left there to die. Jesus then looked up and said to God loudly, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" He yelled it again, and died. The earth quaked and the bodies of saints arose from their graves. Some, in fear say, "Truly this was the Son of God." He was taken down later, Joseph had wrapped him in some cleaned cloths and was given his own tomb of large stone rocks.
When he died, he wasn't quite done with his business. He had actually conquered death itself during his absence, and resurrected himself from the dead. Before Mary knew of his resurrection, she went to see her son one last time. An angel had appeared and informed her to tell his disciples that he is risen. Jesus went to where the group was. He then performed a few more of his miracles and one of his disciples went into the town. He then told many people that Jesus had come back from the dead and is doing great deeds. Many people came to see him and some brought their ill children to be cured. After he had done many great deeds for the people of the village, he used his own body to make bread and wine. The bread was made from his own flesh, and the wine to be his very blood. It was given to the people and they had officially received Christ into themselves and their lives.
Jesus had died for our sins, defeated death, and had set himself as an example for humanity. Jesus is the son of God.
The Bible isn't a book of rules. In fact if there are any real rules at all, it's the Ten Commandments that Moses had received from God. The Bible is actually a 2000-year-old history book, stories of real people and real events, all recorded into the Bible for one reason: To teach and set an example just as Jesus had done. Everything so that the world can live in peace for every human being to enjoy. Jesus loves everyone no matter who or what you are, he has no hatred.
And that's a basic summary of Jesus for you. What us followers of Christ KNOW about Jesus Christ.
Have a great day! Hope I told you enough!

Christianity teaches:
1. Jesus is the son of God. Jesus' disciple recognised this:
Matthew 16:16 Simon Peter answered and said, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."
Matthew 16:17 Jesus answered and said to him, "Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed thisto you, but My Father who is in heaven.
2. Jesus came to die as a sacrifice for sin:
John 1:29 The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, "Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
3. Jesus is the only way for a person to restore their relationship with God:
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
There are many other things Christianity teaches about Jesus but these three things are the basic teaching.
Fantasy really.
That Jesus was the God who sent Moses as a prophet.
That Jesus was the same God who sent John the Baptist as another prophet.
That Jesus as God decided to come down himself 6 months after sending John to allow himself to be born by Mary!
Because God/Jesus wants to die for the sins of the world on the cross.
Some Religous beliefs of the christians are God and Jesus death
That Jesus is the Savior, and that God is Love.
The Muslims consider Jesus as a another prophet , and not as the son of god or as the savior of the world from their sin.
She is a Christian so she believes in Jesus Christ the Lamb
Christians believe that Jesus is the Savior, and practice baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
In Christian beliefs the Baby Angel is referred to Jesus at his birth at Christmas. As a baby he was seen as an angel from heaven therefore he is referred as the Baby Angel.
The biggest difference in beliefs alone is that Christians believe that Jesus is Christ while Muslims believe that Jesus was a great prophet although the greatest prophet in Islam is Muhammad.
That God is the creater of all things and that Jesus Christ is alive>
Jesus is inseparable from Christianity since it is upon Him that it is based. Jesus is the reason for the religion, and He established it. Therefore, every part of a Christian's life and beliefs is impacted by Jesus.
Jesus taught all of judiasm, being a Jew himself after all the Christian reformation happened after his death
Confucianists don't think anything of jesus its not a religion either.
No, there is no historical or biblical evidence to suggest that Jesus had a twin brother. The concept of Jesus having a twin brother is not supported by mainstream Christian beliefs.
