The ultimate goal of Buddhism is to attain enlightenment, or Nirvana. For those who are not monks, however, a more modest goal would be to simply live a good life by following the eight-fold path, or the rules laid out for Buddhists (much like Christians have their Ten Commandments).
Buddhism centers around the idea that life as we know it causes suffering, but we can overcome suffering and stress by overcoming desire, aggression and ignorance. The "Four Noble Truths" state this basic premise of Buddhism. Buddha taught that the path out of the negative aspects of life is the Eightfold Path:
1. Right view: viewing reality as it is, not just as it seems.
2. Right intention: commitment to improvement.
3. Right speech: speaking in a truthful way that doesn't harm anyone.
4. Right action: acting in a non-harmful way.
5. Right livelihood: Pursuing a livelihood that does good and harms none.
6. Right effort: acting with wholesome mental energy/making efforts to improve.
7. Right mindfulness: seeing things as they are with a clear consciousness.
8. Right concentration: developing a one-pointedness of mind to be aware of the present in all situations, this includes insight into our own mind which is most easily experienced during meditation.
Many Buddhists respect the lives of animals, and the original Buddhists were vegetarian.
The goal of Buddhists is to escape the cycle of death and re-birth by achieving enlightenment.
not for everyone but to Buddhists it would be very important, a big part of their daily life
Although Buddhists may examine and study the origins of life they are more concerned that it did come to be without examining the cause. Unlike the Abrahamic faiths who require a deity to be the main mover for the formation of life Buddhists would be as happy with life originating as a natural and chemical process.
to get enlightenment free from suffering
No. Buddhists do believe that misfortunes are sometimes do to harmful actions performed in the past, either in this life or in previous lives.
way of life for buddhists
There is no "Evolution Battle", if there was the Buddhists would have no role in it. Buddhists accept a lot of things since the things are existent. This includes the existence of the Universe, the diversity of life and human nature. They have no need to examine or explain where the Universe came from, why life is diverse or why people are good or bad.
Buddhists Don't believe in destroying living creatures. Buddhists believe In Karma and depending on how you act now will depend who you are in your next life. Buddhists believe life is an endless cycle where you are reborn after death, repeatedly. Buddhists believe you should not drink alcohol or take drugs. Lastly that there is no god who created earth, there is just guidance.
Of course!
