That depends on what your asking. If you want to know what God revealed to him like what stuff he said then read the Koran because the Koran is all of his revelations word for word. But if you want to know what his revelations are then they are the messages that God revealed to humanity through The Prophet Muhammad. They are the very basis of the Islamic religion. There are two stories that tell of how he received the first revelation. The first one is when Muhammad was meditating in a cave on Mount Hiram outside the Holy City of Mecca in the modern day country of Saudi Arabia he was visited by the Angel Gabriel who gave him the first revelation. The second story, and the one that I believe, is when he was meditating in the cave a voice cried out the word "Recite!" and the Prophet answered "What shall I recite?" and immediately he felt a great force pressing in on him until when he could no longer breath the voice said "Recite" and of course the Prophet answered "What shall I recite?" and the force came again. After a few more minutes of this occurence finally as the Divine force was pressing on him all of a sudden the first revelations poured out of Muhammads mouth "Recite in the name of thy Lord who created! He createth man from a clot of blood. Recite; and thy Lord is the Most Bountiful, He who hath taught by the pen, taught man what he knew not." Those words started the Fastest growing world religion today. The religion that has over 3 Billion followers all this started from one word..."Recite!"
