Some churches that consider themselves Christians teach that a baby cannot go to Heaven without baptism, so those churches baptize babies for that reason. Other churches believe that a baby will go to Heaven if it dies, regardless of what happens on earth, so they do not practice infant baptism, but they may have a ceremony where they dedicate a new baby to the Lord. This has no bearing on the child's salvation. It is simply a way of acknowledging that children are a gift from God and should be raised in the Christian faith.
Spears was raised Southern Baptist. Shes previously stated she was into Kabbalah(because of Madonna)and at one point stated her baby was her religion(2006). Recently (2013) she has been pictured leaving Christian churches so at the moment she is most likely Christian
I would not say that anyone would prefer to be baptised as a baby rather than an adult. As a baby, you can not make a decision on what you would want. Some Christian denominations allow for Baptizing babies as a way to show that the baby will be raised in a Christian home and to ensure that if the child were to die before they were old enough to accept Jesus, they would still go to Heaven. Many other denominations (including most Baptist churches) believe in what is called the baptism of believers...that Baptism is an outward show of the transformation that you have experience as you accepted Jesus. They believe that a child that is too young to understand Gods Word and accept Jesus on their own will still be accepted into Heaven if they died. Some of these churches will have a "dedication" ceremony for babies...but this is more for the parents...saying that they Dedicate the baby to God, and Dedicate themselves to raising it in a Christian manner.
NO NO NO NO NO. To play a sport it takes dedication and practice if they don't have enough heart to practice than they wont do very well.
Do you mean child? In Christianity, there is was is called baby dedication. It is not so much the celebration of the naming of your child, but promising to the Lord and the church that you will raise your child in the Christian ways. There is no celebration of the actual naming.
The baby is baptized by a Christian(usually a pastor/preacher) with some "Holy Water" and some words are said. After that ceremony, the baby is now a Christian and in the Christian family.
A Christian baby is born like any other baby but maybe in a Christian hospital. There is a Christening some time following birth. The baby is around one year old when this happens.

In Christian beliefs the Baby Angel is referred to Jesus at his birth at Christmas. As a baby he was seen as an angel from heaven therefore he is referred as the Baby Angel.

No, Jews will not name their children 'Christian'.
Joy and Christian are most common names for a Christmas baby. My sister is a Christmas baby and her name is Joy. My boyfriend's name is Christian and he's a Christmas baby too!
